Civil 3D 2020 Update 1 is now available. You can find the download inside of your Autodesk account, or via the desktop app if that is your desired method.
The release notes are available here, and some of the noteworthy fixes include fixing an issue where feature line elevations were set to 0.0 after running an Audit, and a fix to the issue where Civil 3D would crash during startup with a fatal error (this was also fixed for 2019 in the 2019.3 update).
