You are probably reading this because you have the title error in AutoCAD.
I wanted to make a post on this because even though it seems to be pretty obscure, the solution took a while to find. The solution that worked for me is in an Augi blog post from 2004, but it still works in AutoCAD 2017. One of the other symptoms that was exhibited in this drawing was the lack of ability to select certain objects, you just could not select them by any means. After following the steps in the link above, everything returned to normal.
