The current Design Review downloads will continue to be available for some time, but according to Scott, it “will eventually be replaced by Autodesk 360“.

Autodesk has decided to discontinue Design Review, according to Autodesk Labs program manager Scott Sheppard, in this thread in the Autodesk Design Review user forum.
