Autodesk has now released Civil 3D 2019, the latest version of its base civil engineering design software. Built on top of the recently released AutoCAD 2019 platform, Civil 3D 2019 incorporates its own set of new features, as well as those new features found in the base AutoCAD 2019.
Civil 3D 2019 is available as a standalone product (single seat licensing only), or as part of the AEC Collection. As of today, both options are the same price per year of rental as shown on the screenshot below. (Multi-seat licenses of the AEC Collection are higher priced)
So, nothing is new … as usual.
Looks like ADESK caught their typo. The Collection will run you a cool $600 more per year than the Standalone.
