Last night I attended the Expert Elite social at the Public House restaurant in the Venetian and the Speaker social event at the Carnevino Restaurant. Saw many of my friends and colleagues, many of which I only get to see annually, here at AU. One of my favorite people to follow on Twitter this year has been Christopher Fugitt. Spoke to him and Jeff Mishler about Sincpac for a while. Our fearless Expert Elite leader Katinka was there greeting everyone of course. All the way from Brazil, and from CADKlein fame, was Luciana Klein. Later at the Speaker social, I ran into Donnie Gladfelter and Robert Green, (while hoping that some of their successful AU speaking techniques rubbed off on me). Lynn Allen always takes time to speak with anyone who asks, despite her busy schedule. Fellow CAD Panacea author Kimberly Fuhrman and I spent much of the time at the Speaker social trying to soak up any last minute tips for our respective classes today.
